The policy, which commences from May 1 2021, will cover the Company regarding legal liabilities arising from error or negligence in the ordinary course of business. Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, a reputable and publicly listed insurance is giving the backing.

Peter Irene is an accomplished accountant equipped with a distinguished track record in Executive Board roles within the Insurance sector over 30 years. Areas of expertise span Audit, Statutory Reporting, IFRS, Taxation, Financial/Management Accounting, Budgeting and Administration which enhance financial governance and inform commercial decision-making at Board level. Career achievements underpinned by professional accreditation as Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Insurance and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Accountants, allied to heightened knowledge of financial systems and software, and the ability to build professiona across diverse cultures and geographies.
